Rodeo-themed attire is welcomed but not required.

Please bring a jacket and enjoy a spring evening outside.

PROGRAM FOR THE EVENING

5:00pm: Event opens with a silent Auction, appetizers, drinks, music, a photo booth, and games.
7:00pm: Silent Auction, Wine Lasso, and Raffle Close
7:10pm: Art Auction Race
7:25pm: Art Auction Closes
7:40pm: Live Auction Items
8:10pm: Fund-a-Need
8:30pm: Draw Raffle
8:45pm: Last call
9:00pm: Clean-up & After Party at Magnolia Village Pub!
